Refund policy

Every product in this shop is a digital file (PDF) delivered instantly by download link right after purchase. Because the files are delivered immediately and can be kept, downloaded, and printed, we are generally unable to accept returns once a file has been downloaded.

If something is wrong, we will make it right. If your file won’t open, is missing pages, or isn’t what was described, email us at ocdtrueorfalse@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will fix the file or send a replacement at no cost. If we can’t resolve the problem, we will refund your order.

Bought the wrong item? If you haven’t downloaded it yet, contact us within 30 days and we will help you swap it or refund it.
