Welcome to OCD True or False. By using this website and buying our products, you agree to these terms.

What we sell. We sell digital, downloadable educational materials (PDF workbooks and printables). Nothing here is a physical product, and nothing here is medical or mental-health treatment.

Educational use only. Our materials are for general education and self-help. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services.

Your license. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it and print it for your own use (or, for clinician products, for use with your own clients as described on the product page). Please don't resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly.

Payment and delivery. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your download link is delivered by email immediately after purchase. See our Return and Refund Policy for how we handle problems.
