Shipping policy

Every product in this shop is a digital file (PDF). Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping fees, no delivery address required, and no wait for a package.

How you get your files. Your download link appears on the confirmation page immediately after checkout and is also emailed to you within a few minutes. If a link stops working, email us and we'll send a fresh one.

Didn't get your files? Check your spam and promotions folders first, then email ocdtrueorfalse@gmail.com. We'll resend your download link, usually within one business day.

Where we sell. Our checkout is currently set up for customers in the United States. Because every order is a digital download, there are no customs, duties, or import fees on any order. If you're outside the US and want one of our workbooks, email ocdtrueorfalse@gmail.com and we'll help you get it.

Physical products. We don't currently sell physical items. If we add them, shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout and this policy will be updated before any physical order can be placed.
